In the past, we haven't been in quite the position to properly celebrate our anniversary. In fact, the previous four years have been relatively low-key. But this year Will rang in five years of wedded bliss with a bang! It was an incredibly fun night and I am reminded again and again what a thoughtful, loving, kind and generous man I married. Not to mention totally hilarious (C'mon people, I KNOW you can back me up on this one!). And yes, I know I'm bordering on much too sappy for a blog post, but I'm in charge around here, so what I say goes! :-)
For anyone else who's planning an anniversary celebration, here are a few tips from the master himself:

And a movie (sorry, no picture). But seriously, watching Liam Neesom kick butt was totally thrilling.We had a great evening and thanks go out to my parents for watching the rugrats. Everett threw quite the fit as we were leaving, but as I understand it, "Horton Hear a Who" will calm just about any three year old down.

Happy Anniversary!! You celebrated the big five in style! I love the pearl ring - Will has great taste. He needs to give Ben a few pointers... (we never exchange gifts for our anniversary since it's in December/so close to Christmas, but once in a while it might be nice!)

I thought it was pretty darn cool too how this year the days were exactly the same as 5 yrs. ago-I did the same thing Natalie w/ remembering :] We had hoped to do something sweet for ours too (like go away on a little snowboarding trip)but all of our plans fell through, but its ok, it was actually good they did, but we are still planning on celebrating it big later. I think I'm going to refer John to Will though or to your blog page! :] hee heee
I was thinking about you on Friday when I wrote out a check and realized the date. I'm so glad you posted about your special day. You guys look so great and so happy-still the same. I love the ring too (I love pearls too) and the flowers are beautiful. You two are so blessed to have each other and I do agree.....You Both are Hilarious! We love you so much and wish you the best for the next 5 years! Yeehaw~*
